Omar Arroyo is a small-business owner, former Mayor, Vice Mayor, and City Commissioner of Haines City. He is the Republican nominee for District 4 on the Polk County Board of County Commissioners, endorsed by the Polk County Republican Executive Committee.
District 4 encompasses Haines City, Davenport, Poinciana, and some of the fastest-growing residential areas in Central Florida. Arroyo's platform centers on disciplined infrastructure planning — ensuring that roads, drainage, public safety, and emergency services expand ahead of residential development rather than falling behind. He faces a write-in opponent in the November 3 general election.
